高校外聘教师管理存在的问题及对策

摘    要:高校外聘教师是高等教育事业迅猛发展,办学规模日益扩大的产物,它作为高校师资力量的有力补充和师资队伍的重要组成部分,对高校的建设和发展,具有重要的现实意义和作用。通过对高校外聘教师管理现状及存在问题的分析,提出进一步加强和改进外聘教师管理的若干建议和对策,使高校外聘教师的管理走上科学化、规范化、市场化和法制化的轨道。

Abstract:Part-time teachers in colleges and universities,the inevitable outcome of the development of higher education,are the important part of the faculty.There is a realistic significance for the construction and development of colleges and universities.The paper mainly analyzes the current situation and problems in management of part-time teachers.It also puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for strengthening and improving the management of part-time teachers so as to make it scientific,standardized,marketized and law-based.
