| 摘 要： | 推行本科生导师制是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的一项重要举措。导师的素质问题是实行导师制的核心问题。为了更好地实行导师制，需要提升导师的综合素质。从导师的人格魅力和学识魅力两个维度展开论述。人格魅力体现的是理想人格所蕴涵的品质，其显著特征是创造性的要求和个性的要求；学识魅力体现的是学问和识见所具有的正向效应。在导师制的实践中，导师的人格魅力和学识魅力至为重要。

| Abstract: | The practice of the tutor for undergraduates is an important measure to enhance and improve the college student's ideological and political education.As the quality of tutor plays a key role in the tutorial system,it is necessary to promote tutor's comprehensive qualities so that the system can be better implemented.This paper tends to explore the personality and learning charm of the tutor.The personality charm presents the qulaity embodied in the ideal character,with creativity and individuality as its striking characteristics,while the learning charm reflects the positive effect of knowledge.Therefore,the personality and learning charm of the tutor are of vital importance in the tutorial system. |
