| 摘 要： | 我国是农产品生产和出口大国,近年来由于国际社会对食品安全的日益关注和贸易保护主义的新发展,绿色壁垒已成为制约我国农产品出口的重要因素。全文从叙述绿色壁垒的形成和发展的过程入手,在分析绿色壁垒对我国农产品出口的影响的基础上,进一步得出面对绿色贸易壁垒应采取的对策与措施,从而有效突破绿色贸易壁垒,进一步发展和扩大农产品出口。

| Abstract: | China is a country producing and exporting agricultural products in large quantities.In recent years,due to the growing concern about food safety and the new development of trade protectionism,green trade barriers have become a crucial factor restricting China's agricultural exports.This article,starting from stating the reformation development of the green trade barriers,analyzes the effect of green trade barriers to the export of our agricultural products,and makes out the counter-measures in front of green trade barriers,so as to break green trade barriers effectively and to develop and expand agricultural exports further. |
