摘    要:蜜环菌(Armillaria mellea)属于担子菌亚门伞菌目的一种著名的食药用真菌。近年来,国内外学者对蜜环菌多糖的分离及影响蜜环菌产多糖的因素进行了大量的研究。就培养基营养条件和外源刺激物对蜜环菌多糖合成影响及实验设计方法等方面作一综述。

Abstract:Armillaria mellea,which belongs to Basidiomycotina,Agaricales,is one famous kind of fungi in use for food and drug.For the past few years,the domestic and oversea researchers have conducted lots of studies on isolation of Armillaria mellea polysaccharides and the factors affecting polysaccharides production by Armillaria mellea.In this paper,effects of nutritional condition of media and exogenous stimulants on polysaccharide synthesis as well as methods of experimental design are reviewed
