丽水市中小学音乐师资存在的问题及对策

摘    要:音乐教师是音乐活动的组织者和引导者,音乐教学质量的好坏在很大程度上取决于音乐教师。全文通过对丽水市音乐教师的层次与结构、工作与待遇、专业与思想、学习与培训、教学与科研、新课程理念等方面的调查,分析影响中小学音乐教师从事教学的内外因素,寻找相应的对策,从而帮助他们更好地适应新课程改革的需要,从根本上全面提高中小学音乐教学质量。

Abstract:Music teacher is the organizer and guide of music activities,and the major factor of the music teaching quality.The author looks into the level and structure of the music teachers,investigates their payment,professional thought,study and training,teaching and scientific research and the new course conception,and then analyzes both the internal and external factors influencing their music teaching and puts forward some methods to help them adapt the new course reform and improve the music teaching quality in primary and middle schools in an all-round way.
