| 摘 要： | 学生信息员制度是学生参与管理学校的重要制度之一。针对新建本科院校的特殊情况,从建立制度、执行制度和处理信息3个方面进行讨论,提出要以科学的发展的观点看待制度的地位和作用、要全面理解＂以人为本＂的理念和要充分挖掘信息的价值等观点。

| Abstract: | The student messenger mechanism is an important means that enable students to participate in university management.Based on the particular circumstances in newly established universities,this paper discusses the establishment and implementation of the mechanism as well as the handling of the messages conveyed through student messengers.It is proposed that the functions of the mechanism be considered from a scientific and developmental point of view,the humanistic conception be fully understood and the information value of the messages should be sufficiently employed. |
