| 摘 要： | 钢铁产业是技术、资金、资源、能源密集型产业,也是一个纵横交错、遍布全球的巨大物流链。钢铁企业在供需两端挖掘利润已很困难,又面临环境、资源、能源和可持续发展等方面的巨大压力。构建一套较为全面的钢铁企业物流绩效评价指标体系,它必须符合我国钢铁企业运营状况且满足循环经济发展要求。这对于我国钢铁企业衡量其循环经济背景下企业物流的绩效水平是非常必要的。

| Abstract: | The iron and steel industry is a composite one with technology , capital, resources and energy and it can also be con-sidered as the gigantic and global chains of logistics .It is in the hard state to scoop out profits from both the demand and the sup-ply, and it suffers dramatic pressure in terms of environment , resources, energy and sustainable development .The construction of a comprehensive logistics performance evaluation index system of the iron and steel industry must conform to the operating condi -tion of our iron and steel business , and meet the requirements of circular economy development .It is very necessary for the iron and steel industry in China to measure its circular economy-based performance level of enterprise logistics . |
