| 摘 要： | 现阶段的高校共青团工作主要任务之一就是营造＂以人为本＂的文化氛围,柔性管理作为一种以人为本的管理方法,正逐步渗入到高校共青团工作中,并且已经显示出一定的优越性。目前,高等教育大众化和多元化发展的趋势越来越明显,高校共青团工作也因此而面临着新的挑战和机遇,在高校共青团工作中采用柔性管理的工作方法,需要关注团员青年的民主需求、情感需求和文化传统。同时,正确处理好以情感人与以理服人,柔性管理与刚性管理,团队精神与个人奋斗之间的关系。

| Abstract: | Currently,a major task of the CYLC（Communist Youth League of China） in the higher education institutions is to create a ＂people-oriented＂ cultural atmosphere.Flexibility management as a people-oriented management methods,is gradually infiltrated the work of the CYLC of the colleges and universities,and has shown certain superiority.At present,popularity and diversity is a prevailing trend of higher education.As a result,the work of the CYLC is facing new challenges and opportunities.Adopting the flexibility management in the work of the CYLC in the colleges and universities is critical to further improve the work of the CYLC,adapt to the new requirements of the teaching in the new era,and will continue to maintain the vitality of CYLC organizations.It also plays an important role to better unite and lead the masses of young students and cultivating the innovative talent in the new era. |
