| 摘 要： | XML是一种标准化的可以在Web上表示结构化信息的文本格式,利用它可以存储有复杂结构的数据信息。随着XML的发展,出现了许多与之相关的技术,如样式表技术和文件对象模型（DOM）。通过实例分析可知,使用XML作为存储数据的手段非常有意义。人们可以通过DOM对XML文件进行读写、查询和排序,与用RDBMS存储数据相比XML有一定的优势,并且可以和RDBMS存储数据相结合。

| Abstract: | XML is a set of rules for designing text formats that let you structure your data, which can be used to store complex structure data info. With the development of XML,"the XML family" is becoming a growing set of modules that offer useful services to accomplish important and frequently demanded tasks,such as CSS and DOM. With analyses of some examples, it can be seen that using XML as a means of storing date is of much significance. We can read, write, seek and index XLM by DOM. Compared with using RDBMS store data, it's better in some sense. And we can combine it with RDBMS to store data. |
