| 摘 要： | 社区大学的讲座课程建设，要基于学习者和项目课程视角，针对老年、中年及年轻母亲三类人群对相关课程的学习意愿和不同的学习需求，提高课程适切度，加强职业技能课程开发力度，逐步形成科学的社区教育课程开发机制，融入地方文化元素，打造名师，倡导生动活泼的授课方式。
