| Abstract: | The first class teaching has been put into practice in Jiangsu Open University , and its connotation construction has been largely laid down by practicing in teaching operation .A relatively stable teaching operating mechanism has been formed , and the connotation of teaching management which is carried out around teaching operation is now getting clearer . |
