| 摘 要： | 阿里巴巴并购新浪微博意味着网购平台和社交平台将实现深度融合,是对一种新的电子商务模式的探索。研究阿里巴巴并购新浪微博既能指导电商网站并购,又能对新的电商模式进行理论构建。阿里巴巴并购新浪微博的内在动因是降低交易成本,通过比较分析其边界扩展的三种可选组织形式的交易成本,证明了阿里巴巴并购新浪微博是其扩展边界所花费交易成本最低的组织形式。

| Abstract: | Alibaba taking over and merging Sina Micro-blog means the deep integration of online shopping platform and social platform, which is a search for new model of e-commerce.The research of Alibaba merging Sina Micro-blog can not only instruct the merging of e-commerce websites but construct theoretically new e-commerce model .The inner reason of Alibaba merging Sina Micro-blog is to reduce transaction cost .The paper proves that it is a type of organization for Alibaba to expand its boundary with minimum transaction cost by means of comparing the transaction costs of three alternative organization forms of Alibaba boundary extension. |
