| 摘 要： | 美国社会转型时期的国家治理与中国转型时期的国家治理面临着诸多共性的问题，如在市场经济方面都在探索政府与市场合适的关系；政治方面都面临政治腐败的风险；城市化中的“城市病”突显、社会矛盾尖锐。通过比较鉴别，有选择地借鉴美国转型时期的国家治理模式，有助于形成中国特色的转型时期国家治理路径，实现市场-国家-社会三维国家治理结构的良性互动。

| Abstract: | There are many things in common between America and China during the period of social transition. For example, in the aspect of market economy, both countries are exploring the suitable relationship between the government and the market; in politics, both of them are facing the risk of political corruption; in .terms of society, they are facing with the urbanization of ＂city disease＂ and sharp social conflicts. By comparative identification, selective learning from the national governance of the United States during the period of social transformation will help the formation of our national governance path with Chinese characteris- tics and fulfill a virtuous three-dimensional interaction among market-country-society. |
