| Abstract: | Community education is one of the most important forms for the construction of a learning society.Participating community education is an inevitable choice for the development of local RTVUs in the future.RTVU networks have the unique advantage in the course of developing community education and promoting the construction of a learning society.Taking the advantage of RTVU,building network platforms of community education,and realizing its optimal integration with distance education,will certainly further ameliorate community education. |
