基于二输入异或门的串口电平转换电路

摘    要:设计了一种基于二输入异或门的串口电平转换电路,简易地实现TTL电平与RS-232兼容电平的转换.通过分析PC端与单片机端串口通信的特点,提出了一种以二输入4异或门74AHC86及二极管稳压电路组成的电平转换电路,该电路成本低廉、切换简单、通信波特率快,适用于在实验室条件下进行PC机与单片机间通信.

Abstract:The UART Level Converter Circuit is designed based on 2-Input EXCLUSIVE-OR Gate to imple- ment the mutual conversion between TI'L logic level and RS-232 level. By analyzing the serial port as a messaging hub of communication between PC and MCU, adopting 74AHC86 and diode voltage stabilizing circuit. The circuit is low cost, switch simple and can support high baud rate,can used in laboratory conditions.
