| 摘 要： | 由于我国多年延续的是以大量消耗资源的粗放型经营的经济增长方式,使生态环境遭到严重的破坏。为了从根本上扭转重经济增长、轻环境保护的倾向,文章不仅对环境资源的价值进行评估,而且对环境资源破坏的经济损失进行计量,目的是将环境资源因素纳入到经济决策中去,即使外部成本内部化,并使经济发展与环境保护的目标协调起来,实现我国的社会经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Thruogh extensive management by consuming resources. The ecological environments have been destroyed seriously. The trend of appreciating economic growth, while disregarding enviroamental whanged fundamentally. In order to bting enbironmental resources into economic dexision, the ecomic Values of enbironmental resources were ebaluated. Besides, the ecomomic costs of destroyed enbironmental resources were batched. In other words, the external cost should be internalized, and the aim of economic growth should be in accordance with that of environmental ptotection. finally, wocial and ecoomic sustainable development would be realized. |
