| 摘 要： | 在图书馆的工作中,业务外包主要集中在事务性工作和采编工作两个方面。进入信息时代后,图书馆的服务功能也悄然进行着改变,使业务外包在图书馆的发展中占领着不可或缺的地位。其中,采编业务外包以其低成本、高效率的特点被广泛而频繁地采用。
