| 摘 要： | 慕课，指“大规模、开放式的网络在线课程”，对传统高等教育带来的挑战极大，影响着我国高等教育的教学改革。目前教育部希望引导一些普通本科高校转型为应用技术型大学，旨在发展我国职业教育，而新建地方本科院校由于其的特殊性成为转型发展的主要对象。本文探讨在此种大环境下，基于翻转课堂的项目式教学模式对新建地方本科院校教学改革的意义及适用性，并介绍其具体的教学模式和指出目前实施过程中存在的挑战。

The Newly-built Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities Teaching Reform in Moocs---Based on the Flip Classroom of Project Teaching Class |

| Abstract: | Moocs ,refers to“mass、open online courses”,it brings great challenge to the traditional higher edu‐cation ,affecting the teaching reform of higher education in China .At present ,the development of modern voca‐tional education is speeding up ,and under the guidance of the ministry of education ,a group of ordinary under‐graduate universities is gradually transforming to the application of technical universities .Consequently ,the newly-built local undergraduate universities become the main objects of the transformation of the development .Under this circumstance ,based on the meaning and application to the newly-built local universities by the teaching mode of flipping classroom project type ,this paper is to introduce its concrete teaching mode and point out the existing challenges in the process of implementing. |
