| 摘 要： | 作为知识信息集散地的文献保障体系,正处在纸质资源的传统文献保障体系和电子资源的虚拟文献保障体系的并存时期,是一个将印刷与电子、本地与远程等各种信息资源集于一体的文献保障体系。在网络环境下,人们获取和利用知识信息的方式发生了重大变化,传统文献保障体系画地为牢的大众化服务方式受到了冲击,文献保障体系信息服务无论在服务对象、服务信息源、服务内容、服务方式,还是在服务馆员等方面都将发生重的变化。

| Abstract: | As the knowledge information collection and distribution center's literature safeguard system,is occupying the paper resources the traditional literature safeguard system and the electronic resources hypothesized literature safeguard system's coexisting time,will be one will print and the electron,this locality and long-distance and so on each kind of information resource collection in a body's literature safeguard system.Under network environment,the people gained with have the tremendous change using the knowledge information way, the popularity service mode which the traditional literature safeguard system inhibited somebody's activities have been under the impact,the literature safeguard system information service,regardless in target client,service information source,service content,service mode,will be serving aspects and so on librarian to have the heavy change. |
