| 摘 要： | 泛北合作作为一个在中国—东盟合作框架下的重要次区域合作,从共识走向实践,不断务实推进,取得显著成效。目前,中国—东盟合作在收获"黄金十年"基础上正稳步迈向"钻石十年"的关键时期,互联互通成为中国—东盟合作战略的主要抓手,通过深化泛北合作来促进中国—东盟互联互通建设的优先领域和重点内容。

| Abstract: | The Pan-Beibu-Gulf cooperation, as an important subregional cooperation, witnesses pragmatic progress from consensus to practice, contributing to significant results. Presently, China-ASEAN cooperation is steadily advancing from the golden decade of harvest towards a key period of the diamond decade when interconnectivity turns to be the priority of China-ASEAN cooperation strategy. The article suggests that efforts be made to promote construction of China-ASEAN interconnectivity in terms of priority fields and key contents by means of deepening the Pan-Beibu-Gulf cooperation. |
