摘    要:中国有历史悠久的发达的食育文化,但历史上的食育并不被国家政权或政府认为是自己的职责,它主要以经验、习惯在大众和民间社会存在,知识分子和慈善家出自仁善之心的努力作为,对社会食育的进步具有重要的意义。中国食育文化的发展过程,经历了古代、近代和当代三个大时间跨度的历史过程。当今中国社会,正面临着严峻的食育困境,危机与希望同时存在。

Abstract:China's longstanding catering education culture is well developed. However, catering education culture in history, never assumed by state regimes as their responsibility, appears in civil societies as experiences and customs. Charitable efforts made by intellectuals and charitarians contributes to the development of the social catering education. China's catering education culture develops for a long process from the ancient time, the modern time till the contemporary time. Currently, China is now facing severe troubles in terms of catering education, which sees both hope and crisis.
