| Abstract: | To construct "Nanning with characteristics" is mainly reliable on the city's culture foundation. Though the analysis on the basic conditions and faced difficulties while implementing the strategy of constructing the city through culture and the practice in the culture work in the basic levels, the article probes on how to build Nanning into a cultural city and a society with its characteristics. |
