| Abstract: | Hotel vocational skills competition, which reviews the achievements made in vocational education and teaching and demonstrates students＇ superb technical skills, plays an immeasurable role in leading the development of the industry. Hotel vocational skills competition provides the students with a platform for study and improvement as well as widens the teachers and students＇ field of vision. With comprehensive vocational quality and creative theme as its keynote, hotel vocational skills competition reflects the trend of promoting teaching, learning, health and industry development through competitions. |
