摘    要:教学质量是高职院校发展的生命线,每门课程的教学质量又是整体教学质量的基石和具体体现。以广西卫生职业技术学院高职高专医学影像专业“人体断层影像解剖学”课程教学为例,借鉴现代项目质量管理理论、工具和方法,探索构建基于PDCA循环三大过程的教学质量管理新模式,阐述具体实施过程和取得的效果,为深入推进教学改革、不断提高教学质量提供有益的方法。

Abstract:teaching quality is the lifeline of the development of higher vocational colleges,and the teaching quality of each course is the cornerstone and embodiment of the overall teaching quality.In this paper,taking the teaching of human body tomographic anatomy course of medical imaging specialty in Higher Vocational College as an example,using the theory,tools and methods of modern project quality management for reference,we explore the construction of three process groups based on PDCA cycle and give full play to the role of the teaching team to improve the new mode of teaching quality management,elaborate the specific implementation process and the effect achieved,so as to further promote the teaching reform to improve the quality of teaching and provide useful methods.
