摘    要:近年来高职人才培养模式一直倍受关注,坚持工学结合是中国职业教育改革的重要方向及根本举措。依据工学结合的教育改革思路,探索高职物流专业"2+3"工学交替的人才培养模式,并就此模式面临的问题及具体措施进行分析,为中国高职人才培养模式改革探索新思路。

Abstract:The talent training pattern in vocational colleges has attracted a lot of attention in the recent past years.It’s the important direction of China's vocational education reform and the essential measures to stick to talent training pattern of work-study combination.In light of the ideas for work-study combination training reform,the article probes into "2+3" talent training pattern of work-study alternation for lo-gistics major in vocational colleges,and analyzes the problems in the talent training pattern and the specific approaches to talent training pattern for vocational education in China.
