| 摘 要： | 在大力推行工学结合、改革人才培养模式的大背景下。规划、实施工学结合人才培养模式，已成为高职财务管理专业改革与发展的突出问题。分析了财务管理专业实施“411”工学结合人才培养模式的有关问题，提出了实施的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Under the background of promoting ＂work-study combination＂ and reforming personnel training mode,it is outstanding problems in the reform and development of the current Financial Management major to plan and promote ＂work-study combination＂ personnel training mode. This paper analyzes the problems and reform measures in promoting ＂411＂ work-study Combination personnel training mode of Financial Management maior in advanced vocational education. |
