| 摘 要： | 中小企业对我国经济的发展发挥着重要的作用，但是融资难已经成为制约中小企业发展的突出问题。而入世给中小企业的发展带了机遇和挑战。分析入世给中小企业融资所带来的机遇，进而剖析中小企业融资难的原因，并提出相应的对策，以便中小企业抓住机遇，迎接挑战。

| Abstract: | The small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the development of economy of our country, but the difficulty to get the financing has become an outstanding problem to constraint the development of those enterprises. Attending WTO takes the opportunity and challenge to those enterprises, after the analyzing the opportunity taken to them by WTO in this paper, the reasons of the difficulty to get the financing will be analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures will be given, in which middle-scaled and small-scaled enterprises will take hold of opportunity, and meet the challenge. |
