| Abstract: | In this paper, the original intention of the establishment of the financial asset management corporation in China is discussed. In addition, in terms of the moral risk and inside and outside environmental factors in the operation of enterprises, risks and difficulties in the operation of the financial asset management corporation in China have been expounded from seven aspects as management models, operation methods, business scope, responsibility restriction and expert's construction etc. |
