| 摘 要： | 以高校辅导员职业能力提升的必要性分析为切入点,以适应性绩效理论视角审视高校辅导员职业能力的现状：机制建设重使用、轻发展,考核时重结果、轻过程;工作中重执行,轻反思。针对此类问题,笔者认为应完善辅导员能力发展机制、优化工作考核体系和激活自我发展动力,促进辅导员队伍建设职业化、专业化发展。

| Abstract: | The author analyses the current situation of the college counselors＇ professional abilities from the perspective of adaptive performance theory. There are suggestions to consummate the counselors＇ abilities development mechanism, optimize the work appraisal system and activate the self development power. Depending on these measures, it will improve the professionalization and specialization of counselor team construction. |
