| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鳝鱼血对面瘫的疗效,探索中医治疗面瘫的方法。方法 77例面瘫患者分为治疗组40例,用鳝鱼血涂于患侧,针灸;对照组37例,电针与西医治疗方法,均7天一疗程。结果治疗组总有效率100%,总治愈率97.5%;对照组总有效率56.7%,总治愈率40.6%。结论尽早用鳝鱼血涂于患侧并用针灸等中医方法治疗面瘫,方法简单,疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the efficacy of eel blood treatment of facial paralysis,and explore the methods of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of facial paralysis.Method:77 cases of facial paralysis were divided into treatment group 40 cases,eel blood was applied and ipsilateral acupuncture;the control group(n = 37) with electro-acupuncture and Western medicine treatment.Seven days for a course.Result: The total effective rate for treatment group was 100% with total cure rate of 97.5%;as for the control group,the total efficiency of 56.7% with total cure rate of 40.6%.Conclusion: apply eel blood to the ipsilateral as soon as possible combined with acupuncture to treat of facial paralysis.the method is simple,effective and reliable,worthy of clinical application. |
