| 摘 要： | 如果要编撰一部中国现代翻译史的话，朱光潜的名字恐怕是要重重写上一笔的。其他方面姑且不论，单就黑格尔的《美学》及维柯的《新科学》这两部美学巨的翻译，就足以奠定他在我国关学及翻译研究领域不可替代的开拓地位了。然而令人遗憾的是．时至今日，尽管朱光潜曾取得过斐然的翻译成就，他的努力似乎并没有引起人们的足够重视。依据资料，从生平追溯、译事译绩、翻译理论、治学态度等方面对作为翻译家的朱光潜进行较为详细的探讨与评述，并在此基础上就其在我国关学及译学领域所做出的贡献给予客观的评价和定位。

| Abstract: | If a volume of translation history of modern China is to be compiled,sufficient space should have to be devoted to Mr.Zhu Guangqian,a noted scholar who has cut a momentous figure in the marketplace of translation with his valued theoretical pondering in the field and his still pioneering Chinese versions of Hegel ' s aesthtics and Vico ' s Scienza Nueva.Unfortunately,people today seem to be marginally interested in him as a translator and only have the time and patience to sporadically touch upon his endeavors in translation.Whatever yardstick is appealed to,however,it is by no means far-fetched to give to the claim that he truly merits the title of translator with his great wealth of attainments.In this connection,the author of this paper has entered on an impartial discussion of the prolific scholar-translator,hoping that the inspired exemplification in him will illuminate those of later generations who have chosen to pursue translation as their lifetime career and that the systematic research will be of some avail to the integral studies of Mr.Zhu Guangqian. |
