| 摘 要： | 目的 总结高血压患者在全身麻醉下手术期间的麻醉及相关处理方法.方法 选择2012年襄阳职业技术学院附属医院平诊全麻手术（均为高血压患者）25例,对患者在手术期间的麻醉处理及使用相关药物后血流动力学变化进行分析.结果 其中5例患者在全麻术中血压大致正常,与基础血压相比波动在20％以内,未做特殊处理;另外20例患者全麻术中血压升高,用药（硝酸甘油、乌拉地尔）控制后降至正常或接近全麻前水平.25例高血压患者全部未出现心、脑、肾重要脏器并发症.结论 全身麻醉下行各类手术的高血压患者只要麻醉管理得当,适度控制血压,就能安全平稳渡过手术期.

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the experience of anesthesia operation during anesthesia and treatment of hypertension in the body. Method： choose general anesthesia operation in our hospital in 2012 were fiat （all patients） in 25 cases of patients during the operation, anesthesia, and the use of drugs （nitroglycerin, urapidil） hemodynamic changes were analyzed. Results： the blood pressure in the general anesthesia in 5 patients was normal, compared with the baseline blood pressure fluctuation within 20%, without special treatment; another 20 cases of patients with elevated blood pressure during general anesthesia, medication （nitroglycerin, urapidil） control to normal or close to the level before general anesthesia. The heart, brain, kidney organ complications are not appeared in 25 hypertensive patients, complete the operation smoothly. Conclusion： general anesthesia in patients with hypertension of all kinds of operation as long as the downlink anesthesia management properly, moderate control of blood pressure, can be safe and stable through the operation period. |
