| 摘 要： | 近十余年来，我国煤炭业在全行业范围内大规模地开展了学习型组织建设和信息化建设，以改进组织管理绩效，提高企业的核心竞争力。煤炭业的核心竞争力可分解为核心技术能力、核心管理能力、核心市场能力。运用结构方程模型对煤炭业的组织学习、信息化建设与核心竞争力形成之间的微观机理进行实证检验，以期对我国煤炭业先进管理方式的全面推行提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The mining industry is increasingly pay attention to organizational learning and information system construction to improve theirs enterprise performance and core competence in our country. The component of core competence includes core technique,core management and core marketing. This paper corroborates the correlation among information system construction,organizational learning and the development of core competence with SEM to help our mining industry absorb the modern management experience thoroughly. |
