| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,农村剩余劳动力大量向城市转移,如何解除他们的后顾之忧,建立相应的农民工社会保障制度是目前急需解决的问题。本文从观念性障碍、制度性障碍、农民工自身流动性障碍以及保障资金不足等四个方面分析了农民工社会保障制度建立的障碍性因素及对策,并简要从工伤保险、医疗保险和养老保险三个方面探讨了建立农民工社会保障制度的具体思路。

| Abstract: | Since the beginning of reform and opening up,surplus rural labors has been transferred to cities.How might their future trouble be overcome？ It is urgent to establish corresponding migrant workers＇ social security system.In this article the system is discussed from four points.Also it approaches the system from on-job injury insurance,medicare,old-age insurance briefly. |
