| 摘 要： | 鱼皮胶3g/kg,1.5g/kg连续灌胃15d可增加小鼠血清溶血素达52.3％,27.6％;可增加小鼠T—淋巴细胞转化率及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞百分率,可使环磷酰胺造成的小鼠白细胞减少得到显著升高;并能提高机体的动、静态耐力,有一定的抗肿瘤作用.

| Abstract: | Mice, P. O continuously with 3g/kg and 1. 5g/kg fish glue for 15days. increased serum hemolysin of mice up to 52. 3% , 27. 6% respectively, and the percentage of T -lympho-cyte in lymphocyte and phagocytic function of celiac maerophage; obviously elevated leukocyte count in mice leukopenia induced by cyclophosphamide; and increased the time of load swimming and the living time with lack of oxigen in mice. Fish glue has some antitumor effect. |
