| 摘 要： | 对实验ＳＤ大鼠引实验人员感染流行性出血热（ＥＨＦ）进行了诊断分析．从临床表现和血清初步诊断某教研室１名实验人员感染了流行性出血热病毒（ＥＨＦＶ）．在该教研室的实验ＳＤ大鼠中检出ＥＨＦＶ，也从周围捕捉的野鼠中检出ＥＨＦＶ抗体．初步认为，ＥＨＦＶ是从野鼠传染实验大鼠再传染给实验人员而引发ＥＨＦ．

| Abstract: | It was analysed that epizootic hemorrhagic fever virus(EHFV) infected the staff from laboratory rats, the patient which had characteristic symptom was diagnosed with EHFV seropositive. Laboratory rat SD in the autopsy laboratory is EHFV seropositive and was isolated with EHFV. The wild mouse in the university was detected with EHFV antibody. This result suggested that EHFV was infected from wild mice and was transferred to laboratory rat SD and the staff. |
