| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法等方法,对沈阳市10所高等学校的教师进行了有关体育锻炼现状和影响因素的调查。结果显示:沈阳市区高等学校教师对体育健身的认识程度不够,基础薄弱,缺乏对国家体育政策的了解,体育人口的比例低。通过对目前影响高校教师参与体育活动因素的研究与分析,提出合理化对策,旨在为政府部门制定群众体育方针、政策和措施提供一些参考。
