| 摘 要： | 分析了德、美、澳大利亚等发达国家的产学合作模式及其支持环境,讨论了我国产学合作现状、存在问题,提出了为推进高职产学合作、提高人才培养质量,必须以专业建设为龙头,以人才培养模式创新为根本,以课程建设与改革为核心,以师资队伍建设为保障,以实践教学条件的完善为重点.
