| 摘 要： | 中国成功加入WTO ,赋予了我国加工贸易全新的发展环境 ,给我国加工贸易的发展带来了新的发展机遇。同时 ,我们也应该清醒地认识到 ,加入WTO对中国加工贸易而言也是一把双刃剑 ,在带给我国加工贸易发展机遇的同时 ,也对我国加工贸易的发展提出了新的挑战。本文针对上述问题提出了中国加工贸易的定位和对策选择

| Abstract: | China's admission to WTO brings us new development environment and new opportunity of processing trade. Nevertheless, as a two-edge sword , China's admission to WTO also brings us new challenges. To aim at this problem, this thesis points out the appropriate position our processing trade should be located and puts forward some countermeasures on it. |
