| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查分析,对广西高校在校研究生的择业现状有了较为详实的掌握,影响广西高校在校研究生择业状况的因素主要有:社会因素包括高校扩招、单位用人观念改变;学校因素包括培养目标单一、就业指导工作不够;研究生自身因素包括综合素质不高、职业生涯规划缺乏等方面的影响,最后提出一些改善研究生就业状况的对策。

| Abstract: | According to analyzing the questionnaire researching,this article knows well the view about the employment condition of postgraduates in colleges of Guangxi.It raises some reasons: The social reason includes enlarging postgraduates,changing the view of employment;The colleges' reason includes culture aim single,employment guidance not enough;The postgraduates' reason includes low comprehensive quality,lacking of occupational plan and so on.At last,we give some good suggestions in order to help postgraduates find a good job quickly. |
