| Abstract: | Based on the study of the common development mode of regional circular economy,this thesis focuses on the establishment of Regional Circular Economy mode in Hebei Port-based Industrial Zone in light of four angles: eco-industry orientation,the legal system construction on circular economy,the market operation of circular economy and the development and the recycling utilization of new energy. |
