| 摘 要： | 选题策划对提高高校学报质量具有重要意义。随着国际化、全球化、信息化时代的到来,地方高校学报面临着前所未有的巨大挑战,生存压力日益凸显。要想办好地方高校学报,编辑必须立足于自身实际,增强选题策划意识,充分发挥主体作用,进行创造性的劳动,改变学报目前在选题上缺乏规划的现状,竭力做好选题策划工作,努力提高学报的影响力和竞争力,引导学报赢得市场、赢得读者,助推学报走上繁荣发展之路。

| Abstract: | Topic selection planning is of great significance to improve the quality of university journals.With the advent of internationalization,globalization and information age,local university journals are facing unprecedented challenges,and the pressure of survival is increasingly prominent.In order to run local university journals well,editors must base themselves on their own reality,enhance the consciousness of topic selection planning,give full play to the main role,carry out creative labor,change the current situation of lack of planning in topic selection,do their best in topic selection planning,strive to improve the influence and competitiveness of journals,guide journals to win the market and readers,promote the journals on the road of prosperity and development. |
