| 摘 要： | 本文对自主开发的“教师现代教育技术培训网络教学系统”的基本功能和结构进行了详细介绍，并通过四期教师现代教育技术培训的成绩对比以及网络教学系统可用性、技术性、教学性的数据调查，分析了该系统在培训中的实际效果。在分析过程中，探讨了网络教学中存在的一些问题并就如何完善该系统以提高培训有效性进行了研究。

| Abstract: | This article details on the basic function and the structure of "teacher modern education technology training network teaching system" which is developed independently,and analyzes the actual effects of this system in the training through four issues of the result contrast of modern education technology as well as the usability of network teaching system,technology and the teaching data diagnosis.In the analysis,the article has discussed some problems in the network teaching and studied how to improve this system to enhance the training validity. |
