| 摘 要： | 苏联在中东路问题上，为了适应国际国内形势发展之需要，不断改变其政策。从“无条件归还”到中苏“共管”；又从武装“保卫”到中苏“共管”；最后出售中东铁路，中国主权大拍卖。从这一过程中，我们不难看出，苏联的对华政策既有国际主义的一面，也有民族利己主义的一面。而在中东铁路问题上的做法，则是把苏联的国家利益建立在损害中国主权和利益之上的极端民族主义和大国沙文主义的典型表现。
