| 摘 要： | 数字出版环境下图书馆信息资源建设存在数字信息资源的重复建设、知识产权保护与公共利用矛盾突出、图书馆与出版社的良性互动不明显、合作共享不足等问题.图书馆在信息资源建设上要明确定位,彰显特色,优化配置;要构建新的采访模式,改进采访手段,积极开发网上信息资源;要推进共建共享.
