| 摘 要： | 个案研究发现,农村税费改革后较发达的工商业型乡镇的政府职能依然呈良性运作状态,即公共服务到位、社会治理有效等,这说明农村税费改革对较发达的工商业型乡镇政府职能的影响很小,其成因主要在于这类乡镇财政的农业税费依赖度较低,乡镇经济发展状况良好。

| Abstract: | Cases research have found that the government function of developed business towns keeps a virtuous operation in such areas as public and social arrangements after taxation reform,which reveals tax reform has little impact on government of business towns.The main reasons are that finance of these towns hardly depends on agricultural tax and the towns economy develop well. |
