木棉花多糖的微波提取研究

摘    要:本实验利用微波法提取木棉花多糖,考察了料液比、微波功率、浸提时间和浸提次数对木棉花多糖提取率的影响,利用正交实验,优化木棉花多糖的提取工艺,并对结果进行分析.结果显示,最佳提取条件为料液比1:50、微波时间90s、微波功率800w、浸提次数2次,其中浸提次数是最主要影响因素.其次是微波时间和微波功率,料液比对提取的影响...

Abstract:The polysaccharides of the commen bomhax flower in this experiment was extacted through the microwave method.We made a test about the ratio of the material fluid,the microwave power,the time of lix-iviation in the microwave,the number of times on the results of the commen bomhax flower polysaccharide ex-traction yield.The orthogonal experiment was made to optimize the polysaccharides of the commen bomhax flower and the results was analysed.The result of experiment indicated that the ratio of the material fluid is 1: 50.The optimum time of lixiviation in the microwave is 90 s.The power of microwave is 800 W,and the num-ber of times is 2.By Comparing all of the above,the most major factor is the number of times.Next is the time and the power of lixiviation in the microwave,while the ratio of the material fluid is the least.
