| 摘 要： | 连带责任是一种较为严厉的民事责任，它涉及到各方主体的切身利益，如果责任分不清，就会使权利人的权利得不到实现，义务人的责任得以逃避，所以必须对连带责任加以准确的确认，明确法律上的权利义务关系，保护权利人的合法权益，从而使我们的市场经济沿着正确的轨迹运行。
