| 摘 要： | 利用叶盘法转化，以苗龄10天的子叶为外植体，在筛选培养基上，经过芳诱导、根诱导获得转基因再生植株，再移入土壤进行田间筛选，获得能够稳定的遗传的转基因耐贮藏番茄新品种。通过回交方法，对其它优良番茄品种进行转化。

The Breeding of Long Keeping Transgene Tomato |

| Abstract: | Using the leaf disc method transgene regenerated plants have been obtained from cotyledons of 10 days old seedling by shoot induction and root induction. Transplant it into soil and select several times then obtain long keeping transgene tomato varieties .By the back cross method other fine tomato varieties are transformed . |
