| Abstract: | The plant micronucleus technology which is an economical,convenient and dependable short-term biological test method has been widely used in the research of environmental contamination monitoring and mutagen examination.This paper introduces the micronucleus technology's development background,basic principles and some common-used technologies,and comprehensively states the application in the monitoring and examination of water quality. |
